Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Inverness, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Proposers shall submit, at a minimum, the following information. Section A - Qualifications/Experience: A detail description of the proposers qualifications and experience in this specified industry. Section B - Project/Business Lists: Submit a list of previous business operations within the past five years and a list of current businesses. Section C - Organizational Structure: Name and address of proposer, including personnel who will be involved and key individuals. Provide resumes of key personnel involved with this project. Resumes shall include job skills, education, training, experience, and professional affiliations/memberships. Section D - Business Plan. Describe proposers ability to operate and manage proposed business. Business model must have ecotourism activities and encourages tourism to the City of Inverness. Explanation of what services will be provided. The plan must include: 1. Number of employees and their relevant qualifications 2. Inventory control procedures 3. Estimated gross revenue for each year. 4. Proposed monthly rental fee to the city. 5. Propose the terms for a rental agreement. 6. List the items for rent and/or for sale. 7. A complete listing of all fees to be charged during the term of agreement. 8. Equipment and furnishings (describe the equipment and furnishings the proposer will provide for the operation of the facility). Request for additional information or clarifications must be made in writing to the City Clerk's Office. Facsimile or e-mail requests are acceptable. The City Clerk's Office will issue replies to inquiries and additional information, or amendments deemed necessary in written addenda, which will be issued prior to the deadline for responding to the Request for Proposal. Respondents to this solicitation or person acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72-hour period following the agency posting the notice of intended award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and city holidays, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the Inverness City Clerk or as provided in the solicitation documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response. The City of Inverness reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposals received, to re-advertise for proposals, or take any similar actions that may be deemed to be in the best interest of the City. A clearly marked original, three (3) copies and one (1) digital copy must be sealed and clearly marked RFP DEPOT DISTRICT-2022-02-PR, Wallace Brooks Park Vendor Building Operator on the exterior of the package submitted. Inverness Kayak was awarded for $500/month.
