All purchasing activities are governed by NC General Statues. For these smaller project staff requests quotes from qualified service providers. This is a request for quote for the project description below. The town seeks estimates from qualified contractors to demolish a residential property located at 621 Padgettown Road. The contractor will be responsible for securing proper permits through the Planning and Development Services office, tear down, and removal of all material.
