PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Commonwealth of Kentucky Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration (DECA) on behalf of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System is seeking professional design services for the HVAC Upgrades for the Somerset Community College South Campus This project will upgrade HVAC systems in various buildings on the South Campus of the Somerset Community College. The goals is that the new HVAC System modifications will be accomplished using modern, efficient, and sustainable technology. This project will upgrade the existing aging HVAC systems in the following buildings: Community Workforce Building; Business Building; Administration Building; Cosmetology Building and Diesel mechanics building. The Consultant will be required to monitor the current construction market and to advise KCTCS on the appropriate time to bid the project to mitigate negative effects of market conditions. CONSULTANT TEAM COMPOSITION The consultant team shall include, at a minimum, the following professional design Disciplines/Expertise. Disciplines/Expertise may reside in one or multiple persons/firms.
