Work consists of removing and replacing chiller pipe insulation at the State Office Building, fourth floor, at 54 High Street, Wailuku HI, 96793. Existing chiller lines lengths consist of approximately: 250 feet of 2-inch diameter chiller lines, 50 feet of 1 1/2 -inch diameter chiller lines, and 150 feet of 1 1/4 -inch diameter chiller lines. Contractor to remove and dispose properly all existing insulation. Contractor will then replace with new insulation, meeting the requirements below. Remove and replace 250 lf of 2" pipe insulation, 50' of 1.5" pipe insulation, and 150' of 1.25" pipe insulation. Located at 54 High Street (State Office Building, 4th floor. Includes removal and disposal of existing insulation, installation of new insulation, cleanup, and labor, in place complete. Refer to specification page attached for details. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation) The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% (.0075) of the award, not to exceed $5,000 for each award. This transaction fee shall be based on the original award amount and the awarded vendor shall be responsible for payment of the fee to NIC Hawaii, the vendor administering the HIePRO. Payment must be made to NIC Hawaii within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. The invoice is generated based on the date the award is posted.
