Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in La Grange, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The work to be performed under this project consists of providing the labor, equipment, and materials to construct approximately 3,715 LF of 8" SDR 21 PVC Waterline, 17,700 LF of 12" SDR 21 PVC Waterline, 27,915 LF of 8" SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sewer, 255 LF of 10" SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sewer, 265 LF of 12" SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sewer, 375 LF of 15" SDR 35 PVC Gravity Sewer, 510 LF of 8" Ductile Iron Pipe, 530 LF of 10" Ductile Iron Pipe, new precast concrete manholes associated with the new gravity sewer system, the demolishing and removal of the existing gravity sewer system where the new gravity sewer is installed, a pump station replacement including (2) new duplex grinder pumps, (1) precast concrete wet well, (1) valve vault, yard piping, site electrical, and associated appurtenances.
