Site work for a water / sewer project in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Said bids shall be on a Unit Price Basis and shall be in writing on the Proposal Forms furnished by the City of Huber Heights. This work consists of replacing water line, fire hydrants and appurtenances on Mardi Gras Drive, Parish Court, and a portion of Charlesgate Road from Belle Chase to Old Troy Pike. Pursuant to Section 153.54 et. Seq., of the Ohio Revised Code, the Bidder shall submit a bid guaranty or a certified check, cashiers check in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) Performance bond upon award of the bid. The improvements are to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the Office of the Engineer, upon receipt of $30.00, non-refundable made payable to the City of Huber Heights. Bid package can be E-MAILED when requested at no cost to the contractor. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
