THE PUBLIC BODY, the Integrated Center for Health and Social Services of Montérégie-Centre (CISSS-MC), having its head office at 3141 boulevard Taschereau, bureau 220, Greenfield Park, Québec, J4V 2H2 is requesting tenders for the work of construction of the project mentioned in title. Project summary The CISSS de la Montérégie Center is issuing a call for tenders for a work-to-order contract for general contractor work for the RLS Haut-Richelieu-Rouville for a period of three years. The purpose of this call for tenders is to receive bids for a run-on-demand contract for general contracting work for a period of three (3) years. The Contractor shall: provide qualified manpower in sufficient quantity, taking into account that he may be called upon to work on several projects at the same time and on different shifts;
source and supply, as needed, the required materials that are not otherwise provided by the PUBLIC BODY;
provide the tools, machinery, vehicles and other accessories that are necessary for the execution of the Works.
Tender method: Lowest price Duration of contract: THREE (3) years Options : No options Tender guarantee: Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of: a bond issued by a financial institution and established in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the tender or;
an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, a savings or credit union or a trust or savings company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the price of the tender.
Applicable agreements : ACCQO, ALEC. Receipt and opening of tenders: Tenderers must obtain the documents transmitted through the tender system. To be valid and considered, tenders must be sent to the file manager and received no later than the date and time indicated in the notice of call for tenders. Submissions transmitted electronically through tender system are also accepted. Considering the current pandemic period, the opening of bids cannot be done face-to-face. Instead, a link to attend the Teams meeting online will be sent to all bidders who ordered their RFP documents through tender system.
