Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Selkirk, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,350-square-foot fire / police facility.

Project consists of the following: Removal and disposal of existing site elements, furnish and install a new 2,350 S.F. training facility building complete including plumbing, electrical and HVAC, new well pump and water service to new building, raised sanitary sewer disposal system including pumps, treatment system, piping and structures, installation of 30 each 50-yard and 5 each 100-yard outdoor shooting target range, new entrance road, 40 car gravel parking lot. Project also includes grading of the site, construction of target shooting protection walls, asphalt paving, parking lot markings, parking lot signs, seeding & mulching, erosion control measures, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 20% Contract term: 14 months County(ies): Albany Location: Town of Bethlehem Removal and proper disposal of existing range facility elements. Installation of one 15 lane 50 yard target ranges, one 10 lane 50 yard target range, and a 5 lane 100 yard range. Turning targets will be provided for the 10 lane 50 yard and 5 lane 100 yard ranges. Bullet trap berms. An approximately 2350 square foot training facility, including all utilities. On site raised sanitary sewer disposal system. A 40 car gravel parking lot. Grading and Seeding of areas not included in safety berm construction.
