Merrimack County is seeking proposals for the supply and installation of the following windows for its Waste Water Treatment Plant building; Four (4) Portal 250TB windows with project out vents in the bottom. Three (3) 48" x 76" windows installed into subframe with sill starter, and One (1 ) 48" x 68" window installed into subframe with sill starter. The finish of the aluminum windows is to be dark bronze annodized. Caulking to be DOWSIL CWS to match. Glazing to be 1" insulated incoporating %" clear annealed with SolarBan06 on the #2 surface, Vi' air, %" clear annealed. The submitting of a proposal by the Contractor is a representation that the Contractor has become familiar with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed. The term "Work" means the services required to complete the Work, and includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services provided or to be provided to fulfill the Contractor's obligations. The Contractor shall supervise and direct the work using the Contractor's best skill and attention. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for and have control over means, methods, and techniques for all portions of the work under the contract. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, State and Local safety and OSHA safety regulations. The Contractor bears the sole responsibility for protecting persons and property from injury or damage relating to the performance of this Contract.
