The work consists of cleaning and televising approximately 54,065 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe including 44,467 linear feet of 8-inch, 6,396 linear feet ol 10-inch, 2,362 linear lee! ol 18-inch and 840 linear feet of 21-inch. The work also includes television inspection of 323 sanitary sewer manholes. The work is located within the boundaries ol Fort Bend County Munlclpal Utlllty Dis-trict No. 41. The bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a re-sponsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the bid bonds payable to the Owner. ATTENTION: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, you must provide Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 41 (the "District") with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) at the time of the District's execution of the contract. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid/Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Con-tract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or inten-tionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open. The bidder must provide a completed Qualification Statement with the bid. The Qualification Statement form is provided in this bid package.
