Renovation of a mixed-use development in Port Aransas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and water / sewer project.
Phase 1 electrical and power for the new Maritime Museum building at the Farley Boat Works, 716 West Avenue C, Port Aransas, Texas The work involves: 1. Furnish and install (1) 400 amp, 3phase meter can on exterior of building. 2. Furnish and install (1) 4 PVC conduit from building to the AEP will run conduit up the pole and install the feeders from their transformers to the meter can. 3. Furnish and install (2) 200-amp 3 phase, 4 wire, disconnects on exterior of building. 4. Furnish and install (1) ground conductor to ground rod from each service disconnect. 5. Furnish and install (1) 200 amp 3 phase, 4 wire panel on inside of building for general power. 6. Furnish and install (4) surface mounted led light fixtures to building. 7. Furnish and install (1) switch for lighting. 8. Furnish and install (4) duplex outlet on wall for general power. Bid needs to include all labor, materials, scaffolding, lifts, trenches, and anything else needed to complete the job. Acquisition of required equipment must be timely.
