For Roof Replacement at Wolfs Hollow Park A. This Section includes the following: 1. Remove existing flashings, gutters, and downspouts indicated to receive new flashing systems at Wolf's Hollow Maintenance Area Dwelling and Barn. 2. Types of flashing systems include the following: a. Half-round hung gutters and smooth, round downspouts. b. Base flashings, counter flashings, hip, ridge and apron flashings in conjunction with wood shingle roofing. c. Other existing flashings not indicated above. d. Protection of building interiors from water damage during the course of the work. e. Waterproof underlayment used in conjunction with sheet metal flashings and wood shingle roofing Questions in regard to the Invitation to Bid shall be directed in writing to Mr. Kevin Shych, Senior Buyer, by email to kshych@chesco.org. The deadline for the receipt of written questions will be 12:00 p.m. on November 15, 2022 iquidated damages of $500.00 for each calendar day
