Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Hay River, Northwest Territories. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 3,680-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

This project includes the engineering for building the foundation, drainage, structural and building envelope for a vehicle Quonset located in Hay River, Northwest Territories Power. The existing distribution assets are being acquired by NTPC and there is a need for a storage location for a bucket truck and other vehicles necessary for operating and maintaining the distribution infrastructure. The project scope of work includes the engineering, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a fabric building with the following criteria: Minimum 46’ wide x 80’ long Concrete foundation Concrete floor Garage door (front and back) Man door (front and back) Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com.
