Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 409,977-square-foot, 20-story above grade municipal facility; and for the addition of a 25,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
Plans call for the conversion of the former Pier 1 Headquarters Building into a new city hall facility. The existing building is 20-stories and 409,977 square feet. Certain floors are currently occupied and those leases will be honored and work will not begin on those floors at this time. **This package is for the city hall tower AV/Video Conferencing Cisco AV Systems.** As of March 2025, construction is complete. Please direct all inquiries to the construction manager. Subcontractors must pre-qualify with the construction manager. Estimate = total project construction cost estimate.
