CAMH Queen Street Campus, McCain Building at 1025 Queen St. West, requires the build of a mock seclusion room using a modular removable system. The construction will need to be removed and stored and reinstalled in the same space as required by the Simulation Center staff. The successful proponent should be prepared to start work on or around the week of November 14, 2022 and achieve substantial completion by December 31, 2022. This Request of Quote (RFQ) is an invitation by Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) to interested proponent to submit proposals, to build a mock seclusion room using a modular removable system. The Simulation Center internal video system cameras angles are to be adjusted for future needs, to suit Simulation Center coverage of the mock seclusion room. The construction will not modify any of the building systems (HVAC, structure, AV, security). The contractor will be requested to provide a fee for each for each mounting/dismounting. The objective of this RFQ is to select a qualified proponent for the modular build for the simulation Center for seclusion room in the McCain Center at CAMH's Queen St. site. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) by invitation only. CAMH will respond to questions, which must be submitted by email to the CAMH Contact no later than end of business day November 2, 2022. Responses to questions will be issued by close of business on November 4, 2022. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
