Pender County Utilities Elevated Water Tank Maintenance Pender County Utilities is accepting proposals from qualified firms to contract for a 10 year long term, full service maintenance and asset management program for the following elevated water storage tanks Tank Name Capacity Tank #1 Maple Hill Elevated WST 150,000 Gallons Tank #2 Rocky Point Elevated WST 300,000 Gallons Tank #3 Hampstead Elevated WST 500,000 Gallons Tank #4 Highway 210 Ground Concrete WST 200,000 Gallons Tank #5 Topsail Elevated WST 500,000 Gallons Tank #6 Malpass Corner Elevated WST 500,000 Gallons The County reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that in its judgment will be in the best interest of Pender County Utilities.
