Renovation of an educational facility in Covington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,342-square-foot educational facility.
Renovate existing space in the Baptist Memorial Health Care Academic Building at the Jimmy Naifeh Center. Demolish existing partitions, millwork, fixtures, and finishes. Construct new partitions, interior doors, windows, millwork, and finishes. Modify existing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Add Alt. #1: OR#1 Surgical Light and Boom. 1. Project Location: DSCC Jimmy Naifeh Center, Highway 51 S, Covington, TN 38019 The Work includes: The renovation of an existing 2,342 SF space inside of an existing building. Demolition of existing finishes, partitions, millwork and fixtures. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and Fire protection modifications are required as well as the construction and installation of new partitions, interior doors, windows, millwork, and finishes.
