The bid schedule has been developed with the intent of breaking the work into major divisions. Although these items have been separated by division, CPW acknowledges that there is inherent overlap between bid items. Lump Sum bid items should be bid to the best of ones ability to complete the work as specified. Lump sum bid items shall include all incidental costs associated with providing a fully functional product as intended in conjunction with the construction drawings and specifications. Coordination between CPW, The state of Colorados Office of Information & Technology, CPWs subcontracted architectural firm, Gunnison County and the City of Gunnison will be required throughout the completion of this contract. This type of overhead is not identified as an individual bid item but is considered incidental to the individual bid items. It is incumbent upon the contractor to understand the scope and scale of the project as indicated in the plans and specifications. All work is to be done in accordance with the Construction Drawings and Specifications.
