Site work for a water / sewer project in Mount Vernon, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of replacing the existing 8-inch water main with a new 8-inch water main and attaching to the Beech Creek bridge on Ingle Street and other related items as specified in the plans and contract documents. Beech Creek bridge on Ingle Street, Mt. Vernon, Oregon. The Contract start date for this project is flexible. However, once work begins, work must be substantially completed within 60 calendar days of the start date, and work must be completed and ready for final payment within 75 days of the start date. The OWNER will adjust the Contract start date on the Notice to Proceed to best fit the CONTRACTOR'S schedule within the constraints described. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the office issuing documents as having received the Bidding Documents. Questionsreceived lessthan seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
