Renovation of a municipal facility in Yerington, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Notice of Request for Bids for proposals for removal and installation of 11 HVAC units at the Administration Building located at 27 S. Main St. in Yerington. (Prevailing wages apply to all bids $100,000 or more) Lyon County Facilities Department is requesting sealed proposals on the removal of old HVAC units and installation of new RHEEM or equivalent units as listed below: 3-6 ton, 5-5 ton, 1-4 ton and 2-3 ton packaged units All units will need to adapt to existing roof curbing and ducting. All units will have economizers and built in service disconnects. Bids must include start-up and adjustments and a minimum 1 year warranty. Contractor must provide crane for HVAC removal and installation. Contractor is responsible for disposal of old units.
