The Town of Easton (the Town) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to complete a design concept, design plans, construction and bid documents for redevelopment of Swift's Park. Easton intends to redevelop Swift's Park, into a memorial park honoring first responders and victims of the 1918 Flu pandemic and the 2020-21 COVID-19 pandemic, as well as memorializing the district's industrial past. The Town has established a not-to-exceed budget of $35,000 to complete Phase 1 and an estimated total budget between Phase 1 and 2 of $65,000. Time Period for Completed Project 2025 Scope will be development of a community informed concept design/master plan for the park that achieves the goals for the park established by the Swift's Park Steering Committee: Specified Services(all chosen) Landscape Architect Engineer Land Surveyor The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
