Job Number - 2955, AHA20-067-00 The project entails Part I for the reconstruction of Narcille Street from Ward Road to Sheridan Drive, including removal and replacement of the existing two-lane roadways with a new two-lane concrete roadway, removal and replacement of concrete pavement, driveways, and sidewalks, removal and replacement of storm sewer and inlets along Narcille Street, installation of 6-inch and 8-inch water lines along with the abandonment of existing 6-inch water lines along Narcille Street, and replacement of existing 12-inch force main along Narcille Street by pipe bursting method. Part II for the reconstruction of Angelfish Cove, Bluebill Bay, Gulls Cut, and Heron Inlet, including the removal of the existing roadway material, establishing designed grades, subgrade stabilization, placing 6-inch concrete with 4" x 12" laydown curb and driveways, drainage improvements including installation of new storm sewer systems and inlets, and additional utility improvements including waterline offsets on Bluebill Bay, Gulls Cut, and Heron Inlet. Part II for the reconstruction of Flamingo Bight and Egret Canal, including the removal of the existing roadway material, establishing designed grades, subgrade stabilization, placing 6-inch concrete with 4" x 12" laydown curb and driveways, and drainage improvements including the installation of new storm sewer systems and inlets to provide a fully functioning Streets Reconstruction Project for Narcille Street, Angelfish Cove, Bluegill Bay, Gulls Cut, Heron Inlet, Flamingo Bight, and Egret Canal as described in the Bid Documents. Bid Security in the form of Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Baytown in the amount of 5% of the total base bid price must accompany each proposal. The City of Baytown reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
