Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project work consists of roof replacement, masonry wall repairs and associated work at Boston Collegiate Charter School at 215 Sydney Street, Boston, MA. The project will remove and replace approximately 7500 sq ft of existing roof systems with new single-ply membrane roof system and roofing accessories at 215 Sydney Street. Abate existing asbestos containing materials during removal of existing roof systems. Raise existing rooftop equipment to accommodate roof replacement. Replace existing roof drains, gutters, and downspouts. Perform masonry repairs per Contract Documents. Install sheet metal cladding at rising walls where indicated. The building will be unoccupied during work. Prevailing Wage Requirement: Yes Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100%
