Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Round Rock, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The deadline to ask questions is 11/23/2022 5:00 PM CST Questions sent via written or electronic mail will not be answered and will be returned to the sender with instructions to use the procurement website. The Project includes the following general work: Dam embankment Principal spillway Auxiliary spillway The dam embankment will be about 3800 ft long and have a maximum height of approximately 40 ft. Two outlet features will be the principal spillway and auxiliary spillway. The principal spillway will comprise an ungated concrete inlet structure, a 5-ft diameter concrete-encased steel conduit, and a concrete impact basin. The auxiliary spillway will be a 375 ft-wide concrete labyrinth weir crest discharging into a concrete chute and stilling basin. Estimate: $24MM to $28MM *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $24,000,000 to $28,000,000. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before 34 months from Notice to Proceed. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 90 days after the date for Substantial Completion.
