Longsjo Middle School Window and Door Replacement Project - GC Longsjo Middle School Window and Door Replacement Project. The Longsjo Middle School was built in 1936 and is masonry construction. The project will include improvements and replacements to existing exterior aluminum windows throughout the building and original exterior wood doors and frames in select areas. The current window systems throughout the school are pre-finished aluminum double hung operables. The original exterior wood door and frame systems will be removed in entirety with new hollow metal frame and door systems. The general bidder must be DCAMM certified in Metal Windows. General Bid Deadline 11/17/22 Time 2:00 P.M. Completion Date: September 7, 2023
