The work involves general, mechanical, electrical, and hazardous materials construction (if required); and the site scope for the project involves a new closed-loop geothermal system at previously developed or maintained areas, in support if ventilating, heating and air conditioning systems. The wellfield, at approximately a one half (1/2) acre, will be installed under existing playfields, drives and parking.
