Overlook Primary School Geothermal HVAC project
HVAC project to enhance ventilation of occupied spaces. The scope involves rooftop units, wall units, ductwork, piping pumps, controls, finishes, power, and if required abatement of existing hazardous materials. The work involves general, mechanical, electrical, and hazardous materials construction (if required); and the site scope for the project involves a new closed-loop geothermal system at previously developed or maintained areas, in support if ventilating, heating and air conditioning systems. The wellfield, at approximately a one half (1/2) acre, will be installed under existing playfields, drives and parking. This potentially involves removal and replacement to existing conditions of pavement and natural grassed playfields, and general associated site improvements. work at Arlington Central Schools, a K-12 facility in Dutchess County New York.
