Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Logansport, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for the purchase of CONCRETE AND MATERIALS FOR DEPARTMENTS OF THE CIVIL CITY OF LOGANSPORT FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2023 in accordance with the specifications now on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of said city. Where applicable, bidders shall bid in accordance with the prevailing wage scale as established by the Indiana Department of Labor. Bid shall be on the form prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts and shall contain such statements as are required by law. A Bond or Certified Check in the amount of at least 10% of the bid shall be filed with each bid. The bid shall state the number to be furnished as well as the date of delivery and price per unit. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
