Solicitation of Bids for Masonry Project at Shortridge High School Bidders may choose to mail their bid submissions, using a carrier of their choosing, to the John Morton Finney Educational Services Center, located at 120 E. Walnut St., Indianapolis, IN 46204 to the Attention of Kristi Hardin, Purchasing Department. The name of the bid must be plainly indicated on the outside of the envelope to ensure the bid is properly received. All persons entering the building are required to sign in at the receptionist desk. Bids will be publicly opened at the John Morton Finney Educational Services Center Board Room located at 120 E. Walnut St., Indianapolis, IN 46204, at the indicated due date and time. The Board reserves all rights to extend or postpone the due date/bid opening without further advertisement. Late bids will be rejected. All rights are reserved to reject any and all bids. Bidders are responsible for completing and submitting all required documents and bid surety as instructed in the bid specifications checklist. Failure to submit all required document will be sufficient cause to reject a bid. All in accordance with detailed specifications on file in the Facilities Management Divisions. Construction shall be in full accord with Drawings and Specifications. There is a limit of three (3) sets per Bidder, one (1) set per sub bidder and supplier, under the refundable policy. Additional sets may be purchased at non-refundable printing costs. A non-refundable fee will be added for postage when necessary. Electronic media of the Drawings and Specifications in PDF format is available to plan-holders (only) from the same printing company for a non-refundable fee of $50.
