This pre-solicitation notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24223Q0067 - Project # 561A4-22R-103 Repave Basketball Courts at the VA New Jersey Healthcare Systems (NJHCS) Lyons Campus at 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, N.J. 07939. This requirement shall be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). As a result, all responsible SDVOSB's may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $39.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is less than $80,000. Statement of Work Repave the basketball court Southeast of Building 57 at the VANJHCS Lyons, Campus,151Knollcroft Road, Lyons, NJ 07938. The work shall include the following items. 1. Demo and remove from site the two existing backboards and poles. 2. Install two new rectangular shatterproof backboards with new offset poles with removable padding, rims and nets for exterior use 3. Remove grass from existing cracks in the asphalt court and fill with asphalt. 4. Place tack coating product on the entire court. 5. Place a leveling course of asphalt, and roll. 6. Place a topcoat of fine wearing course and roll. All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on sam.gov.
