Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
OMB No. 9000-0004 Total Construction Budget for the first phase of the project is $18,400,000 Project Description This project will consolidate and renovate existing occupied spaces contained in multiple existing buildings located in the Raleigh Downtown State Government Complex as required by the 2022 Appropriations Act with the relocation of all staff from the Administration Building to other buildings in the Downtown Government Complex. This project will require the renovation of existing space within the New Education Building, Albemarle Building, Old Revenue Building, and Phillips Building. This is expected to be a phased construction project and phased relocation of multiple building tenants as it impacts multiple buildings. Initial funding for this project was identified in the 2022 Appropriations Act. Additional funding has been requested and is anticipated in order to complete the requested renovations to the existing buildings. The selected Designer for this project is O'Brien / Atkins Associates, P.A., of Research Triangle Park, NC. Site The site of this project is multiple buildings/multiple floors in the Downtown State Government Complex in Raleigh, North Carolina
