Replace Roof and repairs done by Hurricane Laura Q & A deadline: Nov 17, 2023 5:30:00 PM EST The abatement scope of work shall include the removal of Black Tar/Mastic around all of the penetrations and roof edge of the Exhibition Hall roof. The exact locations and quantities of all work may be found in the Scope of Work Section of this document. Verification of the locations and quantities of asbestos-containing materials to be included in the removal scope is the sole responsibility of asbestos abatement contractor. Removal of asbestos-containing material shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal and state regulations and per the conditions set forth within these asbestos removal specifications. Information concerning material testing, material locations and general conditions is available from Clayton Environmental Company, telephone (318)448-1794 or email mark@clayton-env.com This document is to provide criteria regarding asbestos removal activities on the roof of the Rapides Parish Exhibition Hall. The abatement contractor shall follow the terms set forth in the specification during all phases of abatement conducted on this site.
