Renovation of a medical facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
In general, the work consists of the installation of Boiler No. 5, purchased under a separate project and contract, and the removal of existing Boiler No. 3. Additional work includes revisions to the existing Heating and Chiller Plant equipment to supply adequate capacity for electrical, water, steam, condensate, treatment chemicals, natural gas, fuel oil and other items necessary to support the proper plant functions. Note: Portions of this work in this project requires the Mechanical Contractor to have an R-Stamp (National Board) and a PP-Stamp (ASME Pressure Piping Code). Base Bids will be received as a single lump sum bid for: 4) Mechanical (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning); and 5) Electrical.
