Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Carrollton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of approximately 13,900 SY of pavement, 170 LF of storm and 3,300 LF of sanitary sewer replacement on Ridgecrest Estates Street Replacements, North Crest, West Crest, South Crest, Crest View Drive, Hawthorne Drive and Alleys within the subdivision. Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications, Plans and Contract Documents may be examined without charge at the office of the Director of Engineering, City Hall, 1945 E. Jackson Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006. Pre-bid questions may be submitted via email at Emily.Busby@cityofcarrollton.com until 12:00 P.M., 11/11/2022. The subject of the email must read: "RIDGECREST ESTATES PHASE 1 PAVING AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS - PRE-BID QUESTIONS" to be accepted. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in an omission of a response to the question. Questions submitted after the above deadline will not be considered. An addendum addressing the questions received will be issued no later than 12:00 P.M., on 11/14/2022.
