As of December 12, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. This project consists of providing the labor, materials, and equipment for Site development of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands' Pu'unani Homestead Subdivision. The project consists of grading and constructing drainage improvements, on and off-site water and sewer lines, roadway, electrical, telecommunication and landscape development for 161 residential lots. Contractor shall be required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project.
