Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Gilboa, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The proposed work consists of a base bid to install an ADA Compliant Restroom and an alternate bid to replace the existing entrance door and concrete approach to the Village of Gilboas Community Center, 206 Main Street, Gilboa, Ohio. Bids must be submitted on the unbound Bid Form contained in the Project Documents and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code or Bid Security furnished in Bid Bond Form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety along with the required submittals listed in the Article 7 of the Bid Form & Information on page 0410-4 furnished with the project documents. This project is funded by the Putnam County CDBG Allocation Grant Program. Attention must be given to all the requirements contained in the project documents, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions. The Putnam County Commissioners and the Village of Gilboa reserve the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
