Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Furnish and install approximately 1,097 LF of new roadway along with drainage, water, and wastewater infrastructure in Plum Creek. Drainage improvements include approximately 426 LF of drainage pipes, approximately 487 LF of 6'x4' culverts, and 10 LF of 5'x3' culverts. Water improvements include approximately 606 LF of water line and appurtenances. Sewer improvements include approximately 101 LF of sanitary sewer line and appurtenances. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed, or agreed to using an Electronic Signature, as defined by and in accordance with Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
