Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the following: The Davis-Bacon Act of March 3, 1931, as amended, and wages must be paid by contractors according to the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications; Provisions of Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968; as amended by 24 CFR 75; The President's Executive Order 11246 or any other order that prohibits discrimination in employment. Manchester Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
