Saferooms, Sciences, Food Service & Athletics Bid Package 01 scopes of work are related to - demolition, site concrete, structural steel, PEMB, woodwork/casework, doors/ hardware, storefronts/glazing, gypsum wall assemblies, flooring, painting, specialties, acoustic wall panels, HVAC, electrical, precast structures, athletic field, turf & track surface, stadium seating/grandstand, roofing, fire suppression, plumbing, earthwork, utilities, storm sewer, landscaping, food service equipment, signage, masonry. Potential subcontractors must meet Crossland's qualification requirements (insurance, safety policies, bonding, etc.).
