The Hydrogen Research Institute (IRH) wishes to proceed with the acquisition of a hydrogen fuel cell backup power system. The acquisition of this technological device will make it possible, among other things, to train highly qualified professionals and students, an important aspect of the knowledge and innovation economy. PLACE OF DELIVERY The following TWO (2) options are available regarding delivery location and date: 1) If the Goods are delivered between June 1, 2024 and August 31, 2024, they must be delivered directly to the research and innovation pavilion on green and sustainable technologies in downtown Trois-Rivières. The exact address remains to be determined, but the pavilion will be located less than THREE (3) kilometers from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières located at 3351 boul. des Forges, Trois-Rivières (Quebec), G9A 5H7. 2) If the Goods are delivered before June 1, 2024, they must be delivered to the IRH Hydrogen Research Institute at 3351 boul. des Forges, Trois-Rivières (Quebec), G9A 5H7. THE PUBLIC BODY will then be responsible for transportation to the research and innovation pavilion on green and sustainable technologies in downtown Trois-Rivières when it is built. DURATION OF CONTRACT - GOODS Considering the nature of the Contract, it remains in force as long as the SUPPLIER has not delivered the Goods to the satisfaction of the PUBLIC BODY or as long as there are warranty obligations of these to respect. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT - SERVICES The agreement on the provision of the Services expires after a period of ONE (1) year(s), from the end of the guarantee of the Goods provided for in the Duration clause hereof, unless it is terminated prematurely in accordance with the provisions of section 13.00 of the Contract. RENEWAL - SERVICES The SUPPLIER grants THREE (3) Option(s) to renew the Contract as to the acquisition of the Services for an additional period of ONE (1) year(s) each. In order to avail itself of a Renewal Option, the PUBLIC BODY must send the SUPPLIER a notice of exercise of this Option at least THIRTY (30) days before the expiry of the initial or renewed term provided for the Services OBTAINING DOCUMENTS Tender documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (SEAO).
