Bid speciA cations are as follows: Earnest Cook Park and Isom Ball Park o Mobilize equipment o Purchase and pour concrete base anchors o Nail drag/Harley rake inA eld o Sweep up all dead grass and thatch to make the A led gradable o Level existing dirt to provide proper subgrade o Add approximately 30 cubic yards topsoil as needed to achieve proper grade and slope o Top dress inA eld with 48 tons Southern Red Rock inA eld dirt level and drag o Install 2 - 4' x 6' right and left hand clay brick batter boxes o Install 3' x 14' clay brick pitcher surface o Install bases, pitching rubber anchors and home plate o Spread additional soil in low spots in outA eld and over rocks o Clean parking lot o Demobilize equipment Envelopes containing bids are to be addressed to Letcher County Fiscal Court, Letcher County Courthouse, 156 Main Street, Suite 107, Whitesburg, Kentucky 41858. The envelopes must be sealed and must clearly show the name and address of the bidder, the date and time of bid opening, and the statement "Bid for Sports Field Services at Earnest Cook Park. Bids may be withdrawn up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to opening Letcher County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bids and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of Letcher County
