The Town of Halfmoon will award Multiple Prime Contracts as follows: CONTRACT NUMBER AND TYPE 1. Contract 01 - General Construction 2. Contract 02 - Plumbing 3. Contract 03 - HVAC 4. Contract 04 - Electrical *The value for this project is based on the overall estimated value for the entire project, not individual contracts. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources. Inquiries should be directed to the contact(s) listed. The Work of the Project is Defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Building addition including all necessary architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrial and life safety system. 2. Existing building alterations including: a. Addition of roof gutters, downspouts and roofing accessories as required. b. Removal of existing walls, ceilings, shower and lockers at existing mens locker room; and replacement with new finishes including: 1) wall and floor tile. 2) painted walls. 3) repairs to GWB and ACT ceilings 4) Plastic locker. c. Removal of existing windows, doors and louvers as required for new addition work. d. New partitions & doors. e. Removal of existing garage trench drain system and new concrete trench drain with associated piping. f. Removal of damaged concrete floors and replacement with new. g. Limited Lighting replacement. h. Limited HVAC system replacement. i. Alterations and coordination of existing power and data system. j. Alternations and coordination of existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. 3. Maintenance Garage Addition: a. Concrete foundation walls and floor slabs. b. Concrete trench drain system. c. Structural steel wall and roof framing. d. Architectural components including new doors, overhead doors, insulated metal wall panels, insulated metal roof panels, bollards, and accessories. e. New Plumbing systems including air compressor lines, natural gas lines, domestic water and sanitary lines. f. New Mechanical systems including heaters, ventilation, exhaust fans, and specialty vehicle exhaust systems. g. New Electrical systems including relocation of dedicated power for welding and other specialty equipment, new power and lighting systems. h. Extension of existing fire alarm and fire supression systems. 4. Truck Garage Addition: a. Concrete foundation walls and floor slabs. b. Concrete trench drain system. c. Structural steel wall and roof framing. d. Architectural components including new doors, overhead doors, insulated metal wall panels, insulated metal roof panels, bollards, and accessories. e. New Plumbing systems including air compressor lines, natural gas lines, domestic water and sanitary lines. f. New Mechanical systems including heaters, ventilation, exhaust fans, and ceiling fans. g. New Electrical systems including new power and lighting systems. h. Extension of existing fire alarm and fire supression systems. 5. Site Improvements a. Tie in of building down spouts to underground storm lines, catch basins and outlet structures. b. Asphalt pavement and sub-base. c. Concrete aprons overhead door locations. d. Impact protection bollards e. Grading and drainage around new work and pavement extensions.
