The Saskatchewan Winter Games (SWG) is requesting proposals for audio/visual services for both opening and closing ceremonies. Opening Ceremonies will be held in the Kinesiology building's Gym #3 at the University of Regina on Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 7:00-9:00 pm. Closing Ceremonies will be held in Hall A at the International Trade Centre, at REAL on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 pm. Both events will be similar in program format with only slight differences based on performer availability and locational differences. Each will require set up and pre-show rehearsals one day prior to the event and tear down following the event each night. The events will feature diverse live performances that include singing, dancing, speakers at a podium, athlete parade, pre-recorded video, and voiceovers, and a fantastic lighting show.
