Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,679-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

The Civic Center is the primary administrative facility for the City of Hillsboro that is fully occupied (Floors 1-5). The 4th Floor renovation project includes the following key stakeholders; Economic & Community Development, Transportation, Building and Planning departments. Total USF: 20,710. This is an interior office renovation that will be divided into two distinct construction phases. Phase I: 80% - Demo / Build New and Phase II: 20% - Temporary Permit Center. The Temporary Permit Center (located in the NW corner) will need to be fully occupied and functioning during the Phase I renovation. Once Phase I is complete and the new Permit Center is up and operational, Phase II will follow. The scope of work will include a fully demolished interior, except Conference Rm 431. The entire floor will be built out to include a welcoming, high-end Permit Center and adjacent Conferencing Center. The rest of the built interior will include several offices, collaboration rooms, libraries, training rooms, a couple small focus/phone rooms and a kitchen / break room for employees to enjoy. As you can see, the majority of the floor is open for approximately 100 workstation modules ENGINEER'S PROJECT ESTIMATE: $2.0 - $2.5M
