**As of January 3, 2022, project was awarded tO Hi'ilawe Construction, LLC /Yamada and Sons, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** All potential offerors are advised that the County of Hawai`i reserves the right to reject any offer which does not follow these instructions. Price agreement to provide standard 2" cold planing/pavement milling and 2" asphalt concrete paving for various locations island wide, for the department of public works, county of haw. To provide standard 2" Cold Planing/Pavement Milling and 2" Asphalt Concrete Paving (State Mix IV) to the County of Hawaii for the purpose of resurfacing selected County of Hawaii roads or parking areas. Projects scheduled by the County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works, are estimated to be 13,000 square yards to complete. Upon application, forms of proposal and specifications may be obtained from the above-named office, through electronically Any request for approval to substitute any item or take exception to any specification, special provision or general condition, or clarification must be received through electronically on or before November 03,2022.
