As of January 18, 2023, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. The Project is generally comprised of, but not limited to, the following work: 1. The Project currently consists of construction of 2 press boxes (1 at the baseball field and 1 at the softball field) at both Dominion High School and Potomac Falls High School; construction of a Weight Room Addition of approximately 1000 SF to Dominion High School; and installation of tennis court lighting at both Dominion and Potomac Falls High Schools. 2. These two (2) school projects each have differing scopes of work. These scopes of work may include, but are not limited to: Site grading, retaining wall construction and utility relocation work including sewer and water; Construction of a building addition, including foundations and exterior walls; Exterior canopies and roofing; Lighting installations and modifications; Security installations and modifications; Communications and Data installations; Building tie-ins; Fire Alarm system installations and modifications; Fire Sprinkler system installations and modifications; Electrical installations and modifications Security System installation and modification; Glass and Glazing installations and modifications; Flooring installations and modifications; Ceiling installations and modifications; Doors, frames and hardware installations and modifications; Security System installation and modification; Glass and Glazing installations and modifications; Flooring installations and modifications; Hazardous Materials Abatement; and Ceiling installations and modifications. Certify below that the Contractor can obtain a Surety Bond from a corporation included on the United States Treasury list of acceptable sureties corporations in the amount and type required for this project (Bid bond as required by law, Performance Bond for 100% of contract sum) and can provide evidence of such ability, if requested The outside of the package or envelope shall be clearly marked "RFQ 22-515, Prequalification to Bid Dominion HS Weight Room Addition; Press Boxes and Tennis Court Lighting at Dominion HS and Potomac Falls HS". Timely delivery and obtaining a stamped receipt from Loudoun County Public Schools of the prequalification application to the Loudoun County Public Schools Construction Services Office in Suite 110 is the responsibility of the submitting contractors.
