Renovation of an educational facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Project is generally described as follows: Replacement of (2) two existing air-cooled chillers with (2) new aircooled screw chillers and replacement of (1) existing hydronic fire tube hot water boiler with (2) two new condensing boilers. Replacement of associated chilled and hot water pumps with new VFDs, piping, boiler vent/intake, water treatment system, controls, plumbing, and electrical at Candlewood Elementary School 3635 Candleglenn, San Antonio, Texas 78244. The scope includes Replacing of the Chiller water pump and provide it with the variable frequency drives, controls and the sequence of operations will be incorporate to meet the requirements of the new chillers, tie into the existing lines and new electrical equipment for the chiller units. Offerors are advised that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250.00 per day for each day's delay in the Substantial Completion of the Work. The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than March 15, 2024. Any proposal must provide for final completion by this date. Alternately, Offerors are asked to submit the number of calendar days required for completion of the Work, if completion of the Work shall be prior to such date.
