Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in La Grande, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
ODOT is seeking one (1) responsive contractor to upgrade the fire sprinkler system in the La Grande Truck Repair Shop. The shop and dry sprinkler system were built in 1994; the sprinkler system remains mostly original piping. The shop is split into two systems, Dry System 1 and Dry System 2. ODOT would like to upgrade as sprinkler piping as possible to Schedule 10 galvanized steel pipe to avoid corrosion issues, as well as, convert it over to a wet system. The unheated areas are to be converted to an antifreeze loop charged with Propylene Glycol.
