The University of Georgia Office of University Architects (Using Agency) on behalf of the Board of Regents of The University System of Georgia (Owner) is soliciting responses from Construction Manager at Risk Firms interested in and capable of providing construction services for BR-10-2207 Soil Science Headhouse and Soil Storage Building Renovations at the University of Georgia, Rock Eagle 4-H Center, Eatonton, Georgia A project description is provided below: This project includes the partial replacement of the Barkuloo-Rich Building (#5086) at Rock Eagle 4-H Center in Eatonton, Georgia. The project will replace three (3) existing, large meeting rooms along the front of the building, provide support spaces, and upgrade a portion of the existing building to remain. Total project area is expected to be 6,300 sf with approximately 5,800 sf of replacement building added to 460 sf of existing. -- This Qualification Based Selection will be completed in two Stages (also referred as steps in this event and in attached documents); Stage I: Request for Qualifications and Stage II: Request for Proposals (From Qualified Finalists). The University will evaluate and select several qualified firms from the response submittals in Stage I and notify the finalist firms to proceed to Stage II. Once the awarded firm has been selected, the University will complete the contracting process. All responses are due no later than the date and time listed in the attached Request for Qualifications document.
