Site work for a civil project in Leander, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Leander, Texas hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the Wastewater Collection System Lift Station Improvements Phase I - Forcemain Improvements. This project consists of the installation of wastewater force main, repair of pavement as needed, and other appurtenant work. Bids shall be clearly identified on the lower left corner of the envelope with "WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS PHASE I - FORCEMAIN." Bids received after the named closing date and time will be returned unopened. These documents may be procured for free in electronic format for bidder's use from the Engineer's office by emailing a request to kalbreski@gbateam.com. A 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance requirements are required. Bidders shall comply with all bid requirements and specifications as defined by George Butler Associates, Inc. The City of Leander reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any and all technicalities or formalities. The deadline to ask questions is 11/18/2022 12:30 PM CST
